Summary17544: Adding translations to the theme
Description

Hello, I can't find a way to include my own translations in the theme I created.

For plug-ins, this is the locale folder, and the language versions are specified in the plug-in configuration. How do I do the same for a theme?
I would like to add my own translation for custom configuration options and don't know how. The existing templates in "themes\survey" do not have translation files, although they use the gT function. I am using LS v3.
