Summary17431: Add Lao to languages
Description

Currently it is not possible to chose Lao as language in the 'General settings'.
A multilingual survey therefore cannot include a translation to Lao and propose that option to respondents.

It would be of great help and value to add that possibility.

Additional Information

This seems to be an omission but not a technical problem, as Lao writing is compatible with Thai features, and Thai is already available on LimeSurvey.

Lao is the only language missing to publish our 10-language questionnaire.
