Summary	17308: Submission date on view response details (survey responses) showing odd dates
Description	When you view the submitted responses from "Survey responses view", the submission date is showing 01.01.1980 00:00:00.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a survey Activate the survey collect response for the activated survey (complete response) view responses (display responses) click on the action button "view response details" submission date is 01.01.1980 00:00:00
