Summary17137: Can't convert Arabic date when submitting field
Description

When attempting to submit a survey that has a mandatory date/time field set in Arabic, the following error appears:

Could not convert date ٢٤-٠٢-٢٠٢١ to format d-m-Y. Please check your date format settings.

Steps To Reproduce

Create survey in Arabic
Add a mandatory date/time field
Open survey, choose any date, attempt to submit

I checked this with the latest version and could not reproduce, so this is most likely fixed for good.
