Summary16770: cannot import resources from 2.66 to 3.23.5
Description

I have a survey in my 2.66 installation.
It has resources in the survey itself (image in welcome screen).
It also has resources in the responsens because participants are allowed to upload files.
I have exported it as lsa archive and I have also exported the resources.
I imported the .lsa file in the LS 3,23.5, all went fine.
When I import the resources, though, I receive the enclosed error message.
Also, the welcome screen has no image because the link gets broken (see enclosed image)

Steps To Reproduce

Short way: Import the enclosed files in your ls 3.23.5 installation.

Long way: create a survey with resources in your 2.6.6 installation, export all like i did and then import in the new one.

I've tested the issue with version Version 3.24.2 and I got the same error messages about forbidden extension

This also happens if I export and import between version 3.x
I've been trying from 3.23.5 to 3.24.2

This is by design. Security was tightened on uploads. It is no longer possible to upload certain files this way.
