Summary16400: can't disable wysiwyg-editor
Description

The wysiwyg-editor corrupts EM-calculations (replaces < en > en spaces by  ) , so we always disable the wysiwyg-editor and use the source-editor.
Switching between the editors has no effect in version4, the wysiwyg-editor stays active.

Steps To Reproduce

toggle between the editors via Configuration, global, settings.
