The standard template for emails for invitation and reminder says in English:
"If you are blacklisted but want to participate in this survey and want to receive invitations please click the following link:

and in spanisch:
"Si usted se encuentra en la lista negra de usuarios, pero quiere participar en esta encuesta y quiere recibir invitaciones, por favor haga click en el siguiente enlace:
{OPTINURL}"
I used the standard wording and received the following feedback from Latin America:
"Además, tenemos una sugerencia para ustedes, con todo el cariño: en el texto a continuación se menciona una "lista negra". Sugerimos que esta expresión no se use, porque aquí en Brasil y América Latina es una expresión que puede considerarse de naturaleza racista. Y, por supuesto, sabemos que esa no era la intención en su comunicación." In DeepL-translation:
"Furthermore, we have a suggestion for you, with all due respect: in the text below, a "blacklist" is mentioned. We suggest that this expression should not be used, because here in Brazil and Latin America it is an expression that can be considered racist in nature. And, of course, we know that this was not the intention in your communication."
I have never understood, anyway, why this is called "blacklist". The link is probably for those who had clicked on "opt out" by accident or who have reconsiderd. That is how one could word it. I am aware that I can change the wording myself, every time, but it is one of the nice features of Limesurvey that it provides such a lot of useful features in so many languages.
