Hmm, can you please send us a screenshot? The navigation section (structure tab) should always be displayed on the left side once the survey is created. Or is it another part of the software you refer to?

I opened a survey, saved a change and for a split-second, I see what you see in the screenshot "without" picture, the next moment the navigation is back. That happens every time I save, and that has been the case for years.

Ok, that is very weird - cannot reproduce the issues. Can you enable debug mode and also check if you get any errors in the console?

There are always a little dealy, menu is loaded after question edition. If you have a good connection, it's seems OK (but still unpleasant in my opinion).
