Summary15798: Check integrity : error about order but unable to fix
Description

In check integrity : you have error with link shown aboit order of question in group or order in sub-question
But click on this link : unable to fix

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Sub-question : import the LSA, check intergrity : the new surveyid is at top.
  2. Question in group : dump of DB
Additional Information

For subquestion : since survey is activated : no way to reset order + old link of subquestion mamanagemnt
For survey :; no organizer, way to reorder are unclear, and since survey are activated …

Bah. I'm willing to reject this, since it works fine if the survey is NOT active. In which case could this break survey taking?

Mmmm …

Maybe don't show the line if survey is activated ? Or show a second part with "This survey is activated , you can not fix it but there are issue"
