Go to https://{yoursurveyurl}/index.php/admin/questions/sa/newquestion/surveyid/{surveyID}/gid/{groupId}
type an invalid string as "code" push "Save" button. The saving process starts with a validation, a bubble appears that contains the error message.
However the the circling gear remains in the Save button and it doesn't work afterwards.

The "save and new" button however doesn't suffer from such behaviour.
On the other hand it behaves somewhat strange. Sometimes it doesn't add the new question (2 out of 4 last time I tried.)
