The manual could be included in the software. E.g., put it in a database (SQL or Elastic), add a search field in the top bar. Show results as you type.

Could be expanded to a more general "help center" which crawls the forum looking for answers, or stackoverflow.

Could also include a small chat to our general #limesurvey IRC channel, we a guest login available.

grav could be a good option to create such a help center within LimeSurvey: file based, markdown, extensible
