Summary15650: .txt export i18n issue with other-label
Description

If a questionnaire with more than 1 language contains questions with other option and custom other label, the tab-separated export will only export the custom label text of the last added language for the default language.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Add new language to questionnaire
  2. Add question with other option
  3. Set custom other label for all questions.
  4. Export questionnaire to .txt
