Summary	15335: When adding an new survey admin, the password mail is sent with an invalid sender.
Description	When the mail for the new user is generated, than the invalid sender "your-email@example.net" will be used. This will also happens when an valid siteadmin is set.
Steps To Reproduce	create an new survey admin send the mail for the new admin.
Additional Information	When set the sitebounce mail address to the same as the siteadmin mail, then it will work.

Now without setting an sitebounce mail address the mail will send as "apache@<hostname>.localdomain". The email is not send to the new user: Erreur Message à user (xx@yy.com) a échoué.
