Summary15159: wrong error messages
Description

Wir haben in den Einstellungen der Umfrage folgende Option aktiviert:

  • "Setze Cookie um wiederholte Teilnahme auszuschließen?"
  • "Teilnehmer kann speichern und später fortfahren:"
  • "Anonymisierte Antworten:"

während wir andere Optionen, wie

  • "IP Adresse speichern:"
    und die Verwendung von Zugangsschlüsseln deaktiviert haben.

a) Nachdem ein externer Teilnehmer der Umfrage gemeldet hat, dass er
eine "ERROR-Meldung" bekommen hat, habe ich versucht den Fehler zu
rekonstruieren:

Wenn man die Umfrage abgeschlossen hat und erneut aufruft, erhält man
die Meldung gemäß 'Bildschirmfoto_1.png'.
Dies ist auch durch das Setzen von Cookies so vorgesehen, um
Mehrfachteilnahmen auszuschließen.

Bricht man die Umfrage jedoch ab, über das Menü "Umfrage verlassen und
Antworten löschen" (s. 'Bildschirmfoto_2.png') und startet die Umfrage
erneut, erhält man beim Absenden der Antworten am Ende der Umfrage die
Meldung 'Bildschirmfoto_3.png'. Die Umfrage Ergebnisse werden zwar
gespeichert, jedoch ist das für den Umfrageteilnehmer nicht ersichtlich,
was zu unnötiger Verunsicherung führt.

Da dieser Teilnehmer schrieb, dass er die Umfrage abgebrochen und neu
gestartet hätte, war meine Vermutung, dass die Meldung sich dadurch
verursacht wäre und nur falsch formuliert sei.

active:
Set cookie to prevent repeated participation
Participant may save and resume later
Anonymized responses

inactive:
Save IP address
tokens

try to use the survey in the following way:

execute survey
answer any question
click: Exit and clear survey
execute survey again
end survey and you will get the screen "Bildschirmfoto_3.png"

!ERROR
Previous session is set to be finished.
Your browser reports that it was used previously to answer this survey. We are resetting the session so that you can start from the beginning.

that is wrong, the answers are collected and thereon the users are irritated and if they will start over they get "Bildschirmfoto_1.png"
