Summary15153: User list: Setting to "not filled out" via mass-editing results in "filled out: 1980-01-01"
Description

When I used mass-editing to set a bunch of invited users' status from our panel to "not filled out", the column showed nothing (blank), so I figured it worked.
After receiving quite a lot of complaints that the link (token) doesn't work, I checked the entries - all of these users have been set to "participated: 1980-01-01", which is the reason for the invalid link.
I reproduced this - setting users to "not filled out" via mass-editing results in "participated: 1980-01-0", but this doesn't appear in the overview table. The only way to fix this was to manually reset all of these entries.
