Summary	14573: Export theme yelds an extensionless file if theme name has a space in it
Description	in Firefox when I press the Export button in the Theme editor AND the theme name has a space in it, I get an extensionless file of type application/forrce-download. This doesnt' happen in Chrome.
Steps To Reproduce	create a new theme "TEST TEST" by extending an existing one. Open in Firefox and export it.
Additional Information	Ls version is 3.15.5, FF is 52.7.1 and Chrome is 72.0.3626.81.

In my 3.22.25 , as wel as in the 4.2.1 demo site, if the theme name has a space in it then trying to export it with GOOGLE CHROME works fine, while doing that with firefox gives the result below that is, trying to save it as an LSQ file with just the first word as a name.
