Summary14499: Confirmation email don't properly set the "To" attribute
Description

Hello,
When you receive an invitation or reminder by email to fill a survey, the "To" field is properly formatted:

Firstname Lastname <email>.

But the confirmation email set only the <email>, not the firstname and lastname.

I'm sending the pull request.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a survey with one group and one question (it doesn't matter)
  2. Add a participant with your valid email (you need to receive it to check the To attribute)
  3. Send the invitation email => The To is well formatted
  4. Fill the survey
  5. You receive the confirmation email => The To is missing first and last name
