Summary14343: Included image are not send with email if subdirectory is set
Description

adding such image link
img alt='' src='/master/upload/surveys/SURVEYID/images/myimage.jpg'
with subdirectory as /master

Set to img alt='' src='/upload/surveys/SURVEYID/images/myimage.jpg' /> is OK, but image aren't show in HTML editor

Steps To Reproduce

Have limesurvey in subdirectory
Add an image in email template, remove the http://baseurl.example.com from the link.

Do same without subdirectory

See the difference

Additional Information

Maybe update to last PHPMailer at same commit

Not so easy to fix : usage of App()->getConfig("publicdir")

And yes : seems greatest since we are unsure if publicdir is an alias or something else …
