Summary14164: Position of language selecter changes
Description

When I removed all languages in global settings except the basic language, the dropdown box for the language selection disappears (which is good) but the logo and text on the bottom of the survey list page moves to the middle of the page. See screenshots. I used the theme bootswatch with the option spacelab. This is a bug.
