Summary14115: time fields: input disappears
Description

I would like to make a question to enter working hours of a workday, with start and ending hours rounded up to the nearest quarter of an hour.
However when I used a time field (with drop down fields) than it seems that when I go to the next page while executing the survey and then return to the previous page, the hours and minutes have disappeared. On the other hand When I use a time field with drop down format, it seems that the input steps are 1 minute even when I defined it to be 15 minutes.
