I'm trying to get the uploaded files through the API function "get_uploaded_files". This works fine when the survey has only been filled out once. However if I try and refill the survey, and I upload a new file or leave it empty, when I call the "get_uploaded_files" again it only gives me the file from the oldest filled out survey.

I also tried deleting the oldest survey, which results in it giving me the file from the second oldest instead, but not any future file uploads.
