Summary13872: TypeError console.ls is undefined stop all javascript after update
Description

Just after update , without reset template : lslog package is not loaded, the broke all javascript

Steps To Reproduce

Update from 3.8 (unsure) i think, launch survey : all javascript broken

Additional Information

I don't copy the exact issue before reset vanilla config

Why is not register with a php script ? Seems to be needed by limesurvey-public package, then : just adding depends here fix the issue without need of reset theme/template

I checked this with the latest version and could not reproduce, so this is most likely fixed for good.
