Summary13832: Image upload of logo for Survey theme option is done in Global template
Description

When using upload image in Theme otion for Survey : it send in (global) Template , then usauable for all template.
But if you use Survey Theme Option : it's to have this image only for this survey, not for all template.

If you have 100 surveys each with own logo : you have 100 Logo in your template, and when you delete a survey, logo related is not deleted

Steps To Reproduce

Just send a image (if you have template edit rights …) in a survey

Additional Information

If you use a Core theme : upload happen , seems saved in general files , but sometimes : don't seems to be saved in general files …
(Hard to detect and reproduce since all is all done via ajax)
