| Description | The last question group, as shown in the question structure view, appears as the first group when previewing a survey.
E.g. Where the question group order is listed on the Question Structure view is "Group 1", "Group 2", "Group 3", the survey will be asked in this order: "Group 3", "Group 1", "Group 2". |

| Steps To Reproduce |

Create a new survey, add new question groups "Group 1", "Group 2", and "Group 3" (See LSS file attached).

Last group appears first: order will appear as "Group 3", "Group 1", and "Group 2".

Preview survey. Survey group order will be "Group 1", "Group 2", "Group 3".

In question structure view, reorder to "Group 1", "Group 2", "Group 3".

Preview survey. Survey group order will be "Group 3", "Group 1", "Group 2".
