Summary13643: Viewing Survey Groups
Description

All our surveys are in groups to help use keep organised (which is great).

However this poses several issues:
You are unable to search for surveys that are in groups (globally or within the groups page)
Clicking on 'Active Surveys' always displays no results (as all our surveys are in groups)

for anyone who has lots of surveys and wants to keep organised having a proper search feature is essential.

Bonus feature request:
The ability to include a public URL to each survey group
The option to categorise the public survey list by groups

Put all your surveys in groups... try searching & try clicking on 'Active Surveys'

Unable to reproduce this issue, this bug is probably already fixed in a latest version.
Search function seems to function correctly, because I'm able to filter surveys using keyword, status and group filters.
You may not be able to find surveys if "Default" group filter is selected.
To be able to find surveys belonging to any group, "(Any group)" filter should be selected.

So, I would resolve this issue.
If you can reproduce it again using latest version, please submit a new bug request.
