| Summary | 13478: Wrong percantage sign at certain chart types |

| Description | When using the advanced statistic and setting the chart type to any of these types, there is a percentage sign shown after the number at the chart tooltip which is wrong (it is the total count), see attached screenshot:

| Steps To Reproduce |
- Take any survey with some answer data
- At the statistics select the advanced mode + "show chart" and select some proper questions.
- Switch to pie/polar or donut chart -> the tooltip show "%" after the trelated number which is wrong since it it the total count.

| Additional Information | Moat probably this also shows up at LS 3 which is probably using the same chart library. |
