Summary13420: Wrong file downloaded from "View Response ID" page
Description

When viewing a survey response that has multiple files attached, the names of all the attached files will be displayed correctly, but all of the links will point to just one of the attached files.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a new survey
  2. Add a question group
  3. Add a question, setting the question type to "Mask questions -> File upload"
  4. Repeat step 3
  5. Activate the survey (in Settings -> Overview)
  6. Execute the survey (in Settings -> Overview). Click Next.
  7. The survey will contain two "Upload file" questions. Upload a different file to each question. (I suggest 1.png and 2.png, attached to this bug report.) Click Submit.
  8. Back in the admin section's Settings -> Overview page, click Responses -> Responses and Statistics.
  9. Click Display Responses.
  10. The Survey Responses table will have one row in it. Click the first icon in that row; it will be labeled "View response details".
  11. On the resulting "View response ID" screen, both of the files you uploaded will have their filenames listed. But if you click on the name of each file, both links point to the same file.
Additional Information

Workaround: Clicking the "Download files" button on the "View response ID" page will produce a zip file containing all the files attached to the response.
