Summary13255: Problem expiration date after Comfort-Update
Description

Hello,

since the update to the version Version 3.1.0 + 180124 I have the problem, if I change something in an existing survey and this memory always the expiration date is set to 20.08.2002 02:00.

If I then set the correct date with the expiry of the current survey for this still appears: This survey is currently not active. You will not be able to save your responses.

For example i save expiration date: 01.01.2018 18:00

And when i edit an other setting for example User and save the expiration date: 20.08.2001 20:00
