Summary13173: Ranking question works only in "Question by question" mode. Execption: IE
Description

LS self-hosted, fresh install, 3.0.1somewhat, manually upgraded to 3.0.3+180112. Server is Debian 9, PHP 7, Apache 2.

Problem: Ranking questions do not work. More precisely: The mouse pointer is displayed as hand or four-way arrow, but one cannot drag or click the items.
I exported the question into a new test survey, and there it worked. So I switched the existing survey from "Group by group" to "Question by question", and then it worked, too.

Debug mode set to 2 showed no errors.

Co-Worker told me that in Internet Explorer, ranking works as desired. I tested in Opera, Firefox, Chrome, and none of them worked.

Hello, I can provide a lss file. But the content is confidential, so I would have to upload the file as "private". But as soon as I click private, the upload funtion is no longer visible... how do I do it correctly? Alternatively I could provide an anonymized version, but as I have to edit nearly every question, this could take some time.

I can't reproduce this either.
I will set this as resolved for the current version.
If it comes up again, try activating the js debug in the global settings and post the output.
