Summary13012: {ADMINEMAIL} not working as recipient in admin notification emails
Description

The documentation (https://manual.limesurvey.org/Data_management) states "To send an email to the survey administrator, you must use {ADMINEMAIL}".
But this isn't working neither for Basic or Detailed notification emails. Simply, no email is sent.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a simple survey
2) Set the admin email
3) Configure according to your provider the Email server settings
4) Insert an existent email in "Send basic admin notification email to" or "Send detailed admin notification email to" fields
5) Complete the survey
6) The notification email is sent
7) Insert {ADMINEMAIL} in "Send basic admin notification email to" or "Send detailed admin notification email to" fields
8) Complete the survey
9) No email is sent

Additional Information

Same issue is present in older Limesurvey 7.6.6
