Adding a language to a survey can often mean having often be a bit tricky when it comes to languages spoken in many countries. Sometimes a special language code is defined for slightly different languages flours (English UK,US or Portuguese PT and BR PT). But sometimes you choose e.g. a english language for countries like India.

It would be nice to be able to add a language more than once and assign them a label to make the difference clear.
That way you could keep all languages in one survey file, when you use e.g English for many countries but have to use different things like currency or dataformats.
