Summary12134: Activation button for active but expired surveys reads "Activate this survey" (though it is activated) / Improve work-flow
Description

Once an already actived survey expires the inactive green "activate" button reads "Activate this survey" (that is pretty confusing because it actually is still active). Only the tooltip gives more detailed hints and says "This survey is activate but expired".
In addition to that the work-flow to adjust this is overly complex. The only way to let users access it again it to go to the survey settings, adjust or remove the expiry date and then save.

Suggestion: Make the green activation button read e.g. "Expired - click to adjust" and disable the inactivate status. Then adjust the function it links to so the user is directly taken to the survey setting where they can adjust the date.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Activate any test survey.
  2. Set the expiration date to yesterday.
  3. Check how the green activation button looks like (inactive status and confusing label).
