Summary12112: Correct display of question numbers when executing surveys
Description

In the survey that I design it is important that the question numbers are displayed (but not the question code numbers). Therefore I set my surveys on "only show question numbers". However when I execute the survey, the question number showing is not the number I allocated to the specific question.

Example: I typed "2. How long have you resided ........." however when executing the survey it shows "14 2. How long have you............."

I don't know why the '14' is suddenly appearing? I have attached my example for you to see.

It's the feature : 14 is the real number. If you want to set yourself a number add it in question text (and you can use <span class="label label-info">2</span> if you want some background .
