Add a functionality which requests Survey Admins to accept the "terms of use" which come with using limesurvey to create surveys.
The idea is to:
display a popup the first time the Survey Admin logs on to limesurvey
the popup contains a text (including a URL) which explains the terms of use applicable
the survey admin needs to click 'I accept' - when clicking 'I don't accept' he is logged out
this process should be repeated each X days (eg. 120)
Additional Information
The idea is to make sure that a Survey Admin is made aware of possible restrictions / rules which apply to creating surveys for the organisation.
As an example of such a rule: "You are not allowed to ask questions about a participant's religion".
