Summary11445: New LDAP users get wrong language on first login.
Description

I have Limesurvey with Portuguese Brazilian (pt_br) as default language in Global Settings. When a new user from LDAP provider complete the first login the default language is being setup as Portuguese (pt_pt).

Steps To Reproduce

Configure Global Settings Language to pt_br.
Setup LDAP and allow all users to login
Login with a new user and see language setup as pt_pt

A new user is usually set to 'Auto' - meaning that his language is determined from browser language.
