Description

There is no option to delete participants in survey participants grid

Steps To Reproduce

Create restricted access survey
Initialize token table
Create a token
Go to survey participant list

Note:
there is the delete button in massive actions.
it also works for a single item.

The problem is that this massive option doesn't appear if no row is selected. IMHO this is confusing. At least, I think that usability policies in all similar grids should be unified. For example, there is a delete button always visible in participant central panel.

CPDB grid will be soon rewritten.
I can add a delete button in the row. It would just take space, and not sure it's really needed. But it can be easily done.

Please add back the delete button.
Also the CSS of invisible buttons should be amended to 

background-color: transparent;
border-color: transparent;
