Summary11314: Stone old templates still listed at Donwloads -> Themes
Description

When searching Google for "Limesurvey" + "Templates" the second hit points to https://www.limesurvey.org/downloads/category/9-general-themes

All templates listed there are stone old and do not work with any of the Limesurvey 2.0x / 2.50 versions.
Can you please add a server redirect
FROM: https://www.limesurvey.org/downloads/category/9-general-themes
TO: https://www.limesurvey.org/index.php?option=com_sobipro&sid=55:Templates&Itemid=729

Same applies for the upper "downloads" page at https://www.limesurvey.org/downloads. Lot's of stuff is outdated there, maybe we should just redirect

Can we also have a redirect? Because that page is listed at the top 3 at Google and now all users see is:
"We are sorry but you have no permission to access this download category.
To access these files you need to a be a Premium Package subscriber."

Unfortunately that is not possible as the download component ignores any redirects.
