Summary10737: Change action for Save button in Create new survey
Description

There are two buttons available when I create a new survey: Save and Close. The Save button acts like a Save and close.

I wanted to insert an image in the description text of the survey. I was then told I had to save the survey first. I closed the popup warning and hit Save. I was then "thrown out" and had to enter the Survey list etc to get into my survey again.

Save button should only save content and keep me in the screen. Please rename existing Save button to Save and Close and add a new button Save...

The three buttons with correct actions exists if I edit an existing survey (the one I created and had to leave).
