Summary10610: Save button acts like Save and close
Description

When I make a new survey, there are Save and Close buttons available. See screenshot. This Save button acts like a Save and close button. Save should keep the screen open while a new button Save and close should act as the Save button does now. This is important to keep the gui sort of standardized.
