Summary10458: design: add "save and close" button
Description

At Create or import new label set(s) there could be added a new button: Save and close. In addition the two language boxes could be adjusted to bigger boxed. There are plenty of room on screen the make both lists longer. See screenshot.

we can't add a "save & close" button here because the save action redirect user to label edition.
