Description

If the user chooses the 'other' option for a List(dropdown) question type the textbox is not made visible.

If the 'other' text is mandatory, then clicking 'next' will force a re-render and the box will be made visible with the warning to fill it in. Alternatively, clicking previous then next again will re-render and make the box visible.

This is the same behaviour in Edge / IE / Chrome and all standard templates.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a List(dropdown) question with the Option 'Other': set to On. Preview the question or survey and the text box does not appear when the Other option is chosen.
