Summary09948: Error when trying to rename attribute
Description

When trying to rename an attribute I get

"Internal Server Error"
The value for the column "attribute_id" is not supplied when querying the table "ls_participant_attribute_names".

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

Steps To Reproduce

enter three new attributes
go back to any of the attributes
try to re-name it

Additional Information

OK, so after all the errors I have reported I installed a clean version of LimeSurvey to see if things also go wrong there. The other reports were all off an install that was restored from another that is about 8 months old and had participants imported from an even older version that was failing. So this is off a clean install.

No surveys have been created yet and the attribute was not assigned to any participant.

Wondered if to do with use of the default green theme on new install, changed to blue, same problem.

Interestingly, I can't replicate this on the old troublesome install...

I wonder now is this might have to do with attributes having been changed from a dropdown to a text field. The dropdown options remain in ls_participant_attribute_values.
