Summary09888: $config['updatable'] = false; do nothing
Description

Before last Comfort update : use directly $config['updatable'] = false;
in version.php disallow comfortupdate. ACtually we see the 'a new version ...'

Steps To Reproduce

Set $config['updatable'] = false; in version.php with Build 150831

Additional Information

I think set it by FTP like before must be used : then it's not a feature but a bug.
