Description	I can change the default language, but I cannot add additional languages. The add button won't add the selected languages.

The API won't let me list_questions in any language other than the base (English in our case). The error message says "Invalid Language" even though the questions are in the database in both. I updated to the most recent version of LS since the bug was closed, but now in the admin panel the Additional Languages box won't let me add any more languages. If I create a new survey the Additional Languages box does not appear"
