Summary09639: 10 zeroes are displayed after the decimal point
Description

By multiple numerical input fields that have integers entered, 10 zeroes will be displayed after the decimal Point (in the answer table and in the user confirmation email)

Steps To Reproduce

For example, someone enters in one of the numerical Input field "5345". In the answer table it will be shown: "5345.0000000000"
