When activate a survey with token, we have to remind to set Bounce settings to "Use global setting". I think it's better if this can be set by default.
Because if we send the first token without the good email adress, we can track first bounce.

And add again the button at the big menu too (just rigth of the "manage bounce" if it's activated).
