Summary	08269: Conditions in print view appear multiple times
Description	When a condition is set so the question is only displayed when a previous 5-point array question or list (dropdown) question is ANSWER1 or ANSWER2 or ANSWER3 the same condition is shown 3 times
Steps To Reproduce	import attached survey have a look at the print version
Tags	No tags attached.

mfaber 2013-10-13 00:34 reporter ~26761	Condition also appears multiple times when referring to a list (dropdown box) question. If 3 answer option of the previous question are chosen as condition for appearance of the present question, the condition appears 3 times.
