Summary08043: user can get access token for another survey when finished one survey
Description

1.we have long survey, including 300 questions. users can not accept this long survey.

  1. we seperate 300questions to 6 surveys, it's acceptable to users.
    survey1, survey2,survey3..survey6.
    3.for the consistency of whole 300 questions, we can SET A TOKEN WHEN USER FINISH THE FIRST SURVEY.this user can access the survey2 by this token.
    4.if user goto the survey2 directly, display"click url to survey1"
    this is the best way to load long survey
