Summary07964: Remove inline CSS in statistics
Description

We have a lot of old HTML4 inline css style in statistics output, then admin template or survey template can not replace it.

For example
<td bgcolor="#EEEEEE" align="center" colspan="4">
<font size="1">Null values are ignored in calculations<br>
Q1 and Q3 calculated using http://mathforum.org/library/drmath/view/60969.html&lt;/font>
</td>

Or
<th align="center" colspan="2"><strong>Field summary for Q [Third subquestion ]:</strong></th>

Additional Information

Don't know id we add css in global admin css after removing it or just leave it for template.

Maybe review completely the table produced ? Really need table here ? Not a dl/dt ?
