I am sorry but I don't understand the problem.
Can you attach a sample survey and rephrase the issue, please?

When you use a table numbers type question, it displays dropdown lists with choices form 0 to 10 and you can not input any value.

The input of some new answer in field (with dropdown) somtimes changes previous enterred values.

the results in the quick stat page are displayed like a radio sigle choice question, not like number ( with min, max , sum, avg etc ...)

I will check more for the text but it seems there is problems with the advance options, I will check ith my colleague whom report the problem to me.

I have tried again to create a table number with the new updated version (2.05b4 Build 130702) but the same problems remains.
When I create a table numbers, instead of being allowed to type any number, I get a drop down list of 10 values, natural numbers between 1 and 10.
I wonder if this is the normal functionning of the table numbers feature as I see that the roll-over preview of the table numbers shows a table with empty cells and no drop-down elements.

I have also noticed that all the surveys are now visible by all the users even if they remain only accessible for their owner and granted users. I will attach a new survey showing the table numbers problem.
